Jayne Morriss
Jayne is a highly renowned florist, who has won many accolades including a Silver – Gilt Medal at the Chelsea Flower Show.
Jayne is the National Association of Flower Arranging Societies, (NAFAS), Area Trading Officer and on the National Trading Committee.
She also runs short-day courses from her Cotswold home along with bespoke commission work.
Hannah Matarazzo
In 2002 Hannah trained for a year at the holistic health centre in Cheltenham qualifying as a practitioner in Swedish massage and aromatherapy. Hannah also ran a successful shop in the Cotswolds,
The Cotswold Apothecary, making individual remedies.
Hannah is currently running an aromatherapy and massage practice in Gloucester.
Paul Hervey-Brookes
After studying and qualifying from the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, Paul worked in prestigious gardens in France and Italy, before returning to England.
With his partner, Paul now runs a successful garden design practice and garden plant nursery which is based at The Rococo Garden, Painswick.
He also lectures on plants and gardens and has written for magazines.

Grow Your Own at The Rococo Garden - Weekend Break with Cotswolds88 Hotel
Aimed at the gardening novice, spending two afternoons working in the garden learning all the practical techniques needed to provide your household with healthy homegrown produce. You will learn a range of skills from digging & preparing vegetable beds and crop rotation, to sowing heritage vegetable seed to take home to really get you started.
The Art of Flowers
Spend four afternoons working with our award winning florist learning the practical techniques of floristry. Over the course of the afternoons you will have hands on practice at creating arrangements with increasing technical merits.

Getting The Most From Your Garden
Fresh from creating a show garden at Chelsea Flower Show, Designer Paul Hervey-Brookes talks you through his favourite choice of hard working plants for the garden along with a selection of great planting combinations and an explanation as to why they work. Finished off with a ‘Ask the Designer’ session.

Introduction To Espalier Fruit Training - A Royal Horticultural Society Recommend Course
Espalier fruit training dates back to ancient Egypt, espaliers are highly decorative being ideal for gardeners with limited space. Our course introduces the techniques needed for summer pruning and will explain why espaliers are pruned late in summer. Ensure you bring a pair of secateurs for hands on experience after your home-cooked lunch.
