Box Court Garden Plants

About Box Court

We run a specialist plant nursery propagating and growing a diverse range of mainly herbaceous perennials.

Our plant philosophy is simple, we grow plants that we find interesting in the garden, this doesn’t mean they are always the easiest to grow or vice versa that they need constant attention.

We are particularly interested in species plants and grow many recently introduced varieties such as, Muhlenbergia.

We try to list everything we grow in our encyclopædia however plants grown in small quantities or being newly tried are not listed and from time to time are for sale at the nursery.

We are listed in the Royal Horticultural Society Plant Finder under WBOX.  Our nursery is located in Painswick at the renowned Rococo Garden.
